Privacy.

We collect the minimum data needed to reply to you, deliver the work, and keep the site safe. Nothing is sold. Tracking is gated on your explicit consent.

Enjoy Development Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

Enjoy Development Ltd
Company number: 11274660
Registered address: Vicarage Court, 160 Ermin Street, Swindon, England, SN3 4NE
Data protection enquiries: legal@enjoydevelopment.com

2. What data we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, and the message you send via our contact form.
  • Email correspondence: records of communications when you contact us directly by email.
  • Project discussions: business information you share during conversations about potential work — organisation details, project requirements, and similar context.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address and browser metadata: sent by your browser when loading pages. Used by our hosting provider (Vercel) in server logs and by Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that contact form submissions are not automated.
  • Aggregated analytics: Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights collect anonymised, aggregated usage and performance metrics. They do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
  • Consent-gated analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) collects pseudonymous usage data. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries sent via the contact form or by email.
  • To deliver services you have contracted us for.
  • To prevent spam and abuse on the contact form, using Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • To understand site usage in aggregate, so we can improve content and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations where required by UK law or regulation.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Consent: for analytics cookies and for processing contact form submissions to reply to your enquiry.
  • Contract: where processing is necessary for a contract with you, or to take steps at your request before entering one.
  • Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with UK law.
  • Legitimate interests: to keep the site available, performant, and free of abuse.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • SendGrid (Twilio): delivers contact form messages to our inbox. They process this data as our data processor.
  • Cloudflare: provides the Turnstile bot-protection challenge on our contact form.
  • Vercel: hosts the website and provides analytics and performance monitoring. Server logs may contain IP addresses.
  • Google (GA4 and Tag Manager): only loaded after you consent to analytics cookies.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, or similar advisers where necessary.
  • Legal authorities: where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

6. International data transfers

Several of our processors (SendGrid, Cloudflare, Vercel, Google) may process data outside the UK. We rely on appropriate safeguards including UK adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

7. How long we keep your data

  • Contact form submissions: retained in our inbox. We aim to delete enquiries after two years if no business relationship develops.
  • Client data: seven years after the end of the business relationship, for legal and accounting purposes.
  • Server and analytics logs: retained for the period set by each processor (typically up to 14 months for GA4 and a few weeks for hosting logs).

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: deletion of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction: limitation of processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: transfer of your data to another organisation.
  • Objection: objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent: at any time, where processing is based on consent. You can change your cookie choices at any time — see our Cookie Policy.

To exercise any of these rights, email legal@enjoydevelopment.com. We will respond within one month.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

10. Data security

  • The site is served over HTTPS.
  • Contact form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side validation.
  • We use reputable service providers with appropriate security certifications.
  • Access to personal data is limited to those who need it.

11. Children's privacy

This website and our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us immediately.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes are posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
